How to make homemade mayonnaise?
3 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup vegetable oil
3 pinches black pepper
2 teaspoon minced garlic
3 teaspoon dijon mustard
4-5 pinches salt (according to taste)
3 teaspoon vinegar
To prepare this delicious mayonnaise recipe, take a glass bowl and add egg yolk, lemon juice, vinegar, Dijon mustard and half teaspoon salt in it. Combine all these ingredients and whisk the mixture well. Mix the blend until it turns bright yellow in colour. This will take around 30-40 seconds.
Then, while whisking constantly, add oil to the yolk mixture, a few drops at a time. This will take around 3-4 minutes. Add the remaining oil in very slowly and whisk it constantly till the mayonnaise attains a thick texture.
